Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead customer-facing programs, coordinating with Product and Sales to deliver industry-leading solutions in the Commercial Cloud. You will drive deployment governance and transformation roadmaps across global teams, ensuring post-deployment support and contract alignment.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma-focused program management, strong executive communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical Commercial space (Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing)
• Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients
• Track record of leading diverse global teams to deliver large, complex technology implementations with measurable business results
• Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma customers
• Proven executive communication skills
• Ability to influence at the executive level with critical, objective interpretation of information
• Skills in problem resolution, negotiation, dealing with ambiguity, establishment of effective processes, influencing without authority
• Works well with third parties: can organize and galvanize a disparate group of people, keeping cadence in the program high
• Based in Eastern or Central Time Zone and able to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery accountability for Veeva’s Commercial product line at one of our largest customers
• Deep partnership with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmap
• Establish post-deployment application management
• Support implementation proposals and services contract negotiation
• Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption
• Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities
