Job summary

Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a Payments Partnerships Manager to lead strategic partnerships and the payout network for hosts across 200+ markets.

You will shape partner strategy, negotiate commercial terms, and drive ongoing performance to ensure reliable, compliant host payments globally. As a senior member of the Payments Partnerships team, you’ll collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Global Operations to scale payout infrastructure, align with regulatory environments,

Qualifications

10+ years in payments/fintech with partnerships/BD or enterprise accounts.
Proven success in multi-million-dollar negotiations.
Ability to define and execute partner strategies that drive growth.
Deep knowledge of global payment methods and cross-border payouts.
Experience with regulators in cross-border payout environments.

Responsibilities

Define payout partner strategy with cross-functional teams.
Structure new deals and renegotiate existing relationships to optimize cost and reach.
Drive global deal execution for payouts and negotiate contracts.
Own relationships with financial institutions, processors, and banks.
Monitor partner performance and lead cross-functional issue resolution.
