Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a seasoned Payment Partnerships Manager to drive the vision and performance of our partner network for payouts to hosts across 200+ markets. You will lead deal negotiation, strategic relationships, and cross-functional alignment to ensure reliable, compliant payments globally.

You will collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Risk, Product, and Engineering to scale payout infrastructure, balance costs with growth, and mitigate regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments/fintech, with 8+ years in strategic partnerships or enterprise account management.
• Proven success owning commercial negotiations and multi-million dollar partnerships.
• Experience crafting and executing partner strategies that drive growth and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define payout partner strategy with Payments, Product, Compliance and Finance teams.
• Identify partners per market, structure deals and renegotiate relationships for cost, reach, and innovation.
• Lead global payout deal execution, including contract shaping to meet Airbnb’s needs.
• Own relationships with financial institutions and payment processors, managing executive engagement.
