Airbnb is seeking an experienced and strategic Payment Partnerships Manager to drive the vision, execution, and ongoing performance of our partner network across 200+ markets.

Reporting to the Head of Payment Partnerships, you will lead business development, deal negotiation, and relationship management with financial institutions and payment processors to ensure reliable, compliant payouts to hosts worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments or fintech with 8+ years in partnerships or enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record in owning commercial negotiations and multi-million dollar partnerships.
• Ability to craft and execute partner strategies that drive measurable growth.
• Deep knowledge of global payment methods and cross-border payout solutions.
• Experience with regulators or regulated partners in cross-border environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve payout partner strategy across markets in collaboration with Payments, Product, Compliance and Finance teams.
• Own high-impact relationships with financial institutions, processors, banks, and other partners, ensuring Airbnb is a priority client.
• Lead strategic business reviews and structure deals to optimize cost, reliability, reach, and innovation.
