Airbnb is seeking an experienced Payment Partnerships Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our partner network for host payouts across 200+ markets. You will report to the Head of Payment Partnerships and oversee negotiations with financial institutions, processors, and banks to ensure reliable, compliant payments for hosts worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments/fintech with at least 8 years in partnerships, BD, or enterprise account management.
• Proven success owning commercial negotiations for multi‑million dollar partnerships.
• Experience crafting and executing partner strategies that drive measurable growth.
• Deep knowledge of global payment methods and cross-border payout solutions.
• Understanding of payments cost structures (interchange, FX, treasury) and optimization via partners.
• Experience working with regulators or regulated partners across markets.
