Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Payments Partnerships Manager to lead the vision and execution of our global payout partner network across 200+ markets. You will own strategic partnerships, negotiate multi-million dollar deals, and align with Legal, Treasury, Risk, Product, and Engineering to optimize payouts for hosts worldwide.

The role requires 10+ years in payments/fintech with deep cross-border payout experience, and a proven track record of driving growth through partner enablement and performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments/fintech with 8+ years in partnerships, business development or enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to negotiate multi-million dollar partnerships balancing customer experience and financial return.
• Deep knowledge of global payment methods and cross-border payouts.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead payouts partner strategy across markets with Legal, Treasury, Risk, Product and Engineering.
• Own high-impact partnerships, negotiate deals, and manage partner performance and escalations.
• Drive weekly/quarterly business reviews and optimize payout structures for cost and reliability.
