Job summary

Airbnb is seeking an experienced Payment Partnerships Manager to drive the vision and performance of its partner network, enabling reliable, compliant payouts to hosts across 200+ markets. Reporting to the Head of Payment Partnerships, you will lead partnerships, negotiate terms, and shape the landscape of how hosts are paid worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments/fintech with 8+ years in partnerships or enterprise management.
• Proven track record in multi-million dollar partnerships.
• Ability to craft and execute partner strategies.
• Knowledge of global payment methods and cross-border payouts.
• Experience with regulators in cross-border payout environments.

Responsibilities

• Define payout partner strategy with Payments, Product, Compliance, and Finance.
• Develop and renegotiate commercial deals with key partners.
• Lead executive engagements and track partner performance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Global Operations.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory and market risks.
