Job summary

Airbnb is seeking an experienced Payment Partnerships Manager to drive the vision, execution, and performance of our partner network supporting payouts to hosts across 200+ markets. You will lead deals, manage high-value relationships with financial institutions and processors, and shape global payout strategy in collaboration with Legal, Treasury, Risk, and Product.

Qualifications

10+ years in payments/fintech with 8+ years in partnerships, business development, or enterprise accounts.
Proven success owning multi-million-dollar partnerships and commercial negotiations.
Experience crafting partner strategies that drive measurable growth and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve payout partner strategy across markets in collaboration with Payments, Product, Compliance and Finance.
Manage high-value partner relationships with financial institutions, processors, and banks; lead executive engagements.
Lead deal structuring, renegotiations, and cross-functional initiatives to optimize cost, reliability, and reach.
Support global payouts expansion by aligning regulatory, cost and market needs with Airbnb’s strategy.
