Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a seasoned Payment Partnerships Manager to drive strategy and execution for our partner network, spanning 200+ markets. You will lead negotiations, structure agreements, and optimize payout processes to ensure hosts are paid reliably and compliantly.

You will manage senior relationships with financial institutions and payment providers, align cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of regulatory and market changes to enable scalable, global payout solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the payments or fintech industry.
• Proven success in owning commercial negotiations and managing multi-million dollar partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of global payment methods and cross-border payout solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, deal negotiation, and strategic relationship management for a portfolio of high-value payment partners.
• Structure and renegotiate commercial agreements and expand the partner landscape.
• Drive global payout strategy and ensure compliance, cost, reliability, and reach across markets.
• Collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Global Operations to align execution with strategy.
