Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash or Revenue Operations with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in global billing, including multi-currency and multi-entity environments.
• Strong design/controls knowledge for scalable billing processes; audit-ready SOX controls.
• Hands-on with Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce.
• A track record of guiding cross-functional teams in a high-growth SaaS setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations across geographies and revenue streams.
• Establish billing standards, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and complete revenue recognition.
• Design scalable processes for complex deals and multi-element monetization.
• Support SOX control framework and audit readiness for billing operations.
