Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, OTC to design and run global billing operations across revenue streams, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and scalability while maintaining strong internal controls.

You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Sales, leverage Zuora and Salesforce, and apply AI/automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations.
• 3+ years in a people management role.
• Deep expertise in global billing operations across multi-currency/multi-entity environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations across all revenue streams.
• Establish global billing standards and procedures with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support complex deal structures and evolving monetization models.
• Manage SOX controls for billing operations and audits.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline billing across systems.
