The role requires 10+ years in Billing/OTC with hands-on Zuora Billing and Salesforce expertise, and a proven track record in a high-growth SaaS environment. This is a remote/hybrid opportunity within the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations with people management
• Deep expertise in global billing operations, including multi-currency/multi-entity environments
• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Salesforce; audit-ready SOX controls
• Experience leading billing in a high-growth SaaS/subscription business

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations across geographies and revenue streams
• Establish and enforce global billing standards, procedures, and timeliness
• Design scalable billing processes with strong internal controls and regulatory alignment
• Leverage AI/tools to improve billing efficiency and reduce manual work
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Deal Strategy to ensure accurate rate execution
• Lead and develop a high-performing OTC/ billing team across multiple geographies
