Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, OTC, or Revenue Ops, incl. 3+ years in leadership
• Deep expertise in global billing operations across geographies
• Experience owning SOX controls for billing/OTC in public companies

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing ops incl. contract setup, invoicing, adjustments, payment application and reconciliation
• Establish global billing standards for completeness, accuracy and timeliness
• Design scalable billing processes with controls; manage SOX framework for billing
• Leverage AI/tools to enhance OTC functions across Zuora, Salesforce and adjacent systems
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple geographies
