Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, OTC to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of global billing operations across all revenue streams. The role ensures completeness, accuracy, and scalability of billing processes while maintaining strong internal controls.

The position requires deep Zuora Billing and Salesforce knowledge, plus experience managing SOX controls and leveraging AI to streamline billing across geographies and products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Deep expertise in global billing operations, including multi-currency/multi-entity environments and end-to-end workflows.
• Hands-on proficiency with Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce and a willingness to learn existing billing logic.
• Demonstrated experience owning SOX controls for billing or OTC functions in a public company environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools to drive improvements and achieve efficient processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations across geographies and revenue streams, including contract setup and invoice generation.
• Establish global billing standards and procedures ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Design billing processes for complex deal structures, multi-element arrangements, and evolving monetization models.
• Maintain governance with AR operations and participate in month-end close entries and reconciliations.
• Lead and mentor the OTC team, promoting teamwork and scalable processes.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline billing across Zuora, Salesforce, and adjacent systems.
