Job summary

Relativity, based in Utah, seeks a Senior Manager of Order-to-Cash to lead global billing operations across all revenue streams, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and scalability of billing processes.

The role requires deep Zuora Billing expertise, governance of end-to-end OTC workflows, and collaboration with IT, Legal, Finance, and product teams to support new billing models and automation. Strong leadership and SOX control experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, OTC, or Revenue Ops, with 3+ years in people mgmt.
• Strong knowledge of global billing, multi-currency and multi-entity environments.
• Experience owning SOX controls for billing or OTC in public companies.
• Ability to leverage AI/tools to automate and scale OTC processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, and reconciliations across geographies and revenue streams.
• Establish global billing standards and procedures ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Support complex deal structures, multi-element arrangements, and evolving monetization models.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Deal Strategy to ensure terms translate to accounting systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement scalable billing processes with strong controls.
