Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, OTC to lead global billing operations, ensuring complete, accurate, and scalable processes across multiple revenue streams. You will design controls, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive automation using Zuora, Salesforce, and related systems.

This role requires 10+ years in Billing/OTC, strong governance, and people leadership to build a high‑performing team across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations, with at least 3 years in people management.
• Deep experience in global billing operations, multi-currency/multi-entity environments.
• Proven ability to design scalable, accurate billing frameworks and govern controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations across geographies and revenue streams.
• Define global billing standards, controls, and procedures for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead AI-enabled improvements and automation across Zuora, Salesforce, and adjacent systems.
• Partner with IT, Legal, and Deal Strategy to ensure correct configuration of products and terms.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing OTC team with a focus on scalability.
