Qualifications

• Proficient in billing design, controls, and scalable frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, and adjustments, leading to payment application and reconciliation.
• Design and maintain scalable billing processes with defined controls and SOX alignment.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships across Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Product; mentor the OTC team.
• Leverage AI and Zuora/Salesforce to streamline billing and drive scalability.
