Own SOX controls for billing, leverage AI to automate workflows in Zuora and Salesforce, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Product to ensure compliant, efficient order-to-cash execution.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations.
• Experience leading billing operations across multiple geographies and currencies.
• Strong knowledge of AR governance and SOX controls for billing.
• Hands-on with Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS with complex billing models (usage-based, multi-element).

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, and reconciliation across geographies.
• Establish global billing standards for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across cycles.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve scalability and reduce manual intervention in billing.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Deal Strategy to translate terms into accounting systems.
• Support SOX controls and audit readiness for billing processes.
