Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, Order-to-Cash to lead global billing operations, drive process design, and strengthen internal controls across multiple revenue streams. You will oversee contract setup, invoicing, and adjustments, while partnering with Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Product to ensure scalable, compliant processes in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

The role requires 10+ years in Billing/OTC, hands-on Zuora and Salesforce experience, and a proven track record in leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations.
• Experience owning SOX controls for billing or OTC functions in a public company environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools to drive improvements in billing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, and billing adjustments across geographies.
• Establish global billing standards and procedures ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Ensure support for complex deal structures, multi-currency/multi-entity environments and evolving monetization models.
• Manage SOX controls for billing operations and audit readiness.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Deal Strategy; collaborate with IT, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing OTC team to scale with business growth.
