Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, OTC to lead the design and execution of global billing operations across revenue streams. You will drive completeness, accuracy, and scalability of billing with strong internal controls, leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency across Zuora, Salesforce, and related systems.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Billing/OTC, with 3+ years in management, and experience in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Deep expertise in global billing operations, including order-to-cash workflows, billing adjustments, and multi-currency/multi-entity environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce, and a strong willingness to learn the existing billing logic and processes.
• Demonstrated experience owning SOX controls for billing or OTC functions in a public company environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, and billing adjustments, leading to payment application and reconciliation across all geographies and revenue streams.
• Establish global billing standards and procedures with a focus on completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across all billing cycles.
• Evolve, design, implement, and maintain scalable billing processes, policies and procedures with defined controls to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team; set clear performance expectations and build capacity for scale with teamwork.
• Leverage AI and systems to enhance OTC functions across Zuora, Salesforce, and adjacent systems to streamline billing operations.
