Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations.
• Experience leading billing operations across multiple geographies and currencies.
• Strong knowledge of controls and SOX in billing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, and adjustments across geographies.
• Establish global billing standards and procedures for completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain billing metrics and support SOX control framework for billing operations.
• Leverage AI and integrations (Zuora, Salesforce) to streamline billing and improve scalability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing OTC team across multiple geographies.
