Job summary

Envestnet is seeking a leader to drive global benefits strategy and program delivery. You will oversee policies, governance, compliance, and the administration of benefits programs across the US, Canada, and India, ensuring cost effectiveness and market competitiveness.

Lead a multi-country benefits team, collaborate with People & Culture, Legal, and Finance, and align programs with global standards while meeting local requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, administering, and enhancing benefits programs across multiple countries or regions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional work.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Analytical and business acumen with use of data and benchmarks to improve programs.
• Experience managing brokers, consultants, and vendors with renewals and implementations.
• Ability to build relationships with People & Culture, Legal, Finance and regional stakeholders.
• Strong communication to explain complex benefits and develop employee communications.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations across countries.
• Relevant experience gained through current responsibilities or other comparable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversees benefit program operations and enhancements.
• Partners with leadership to execute on organizational priorities.
• Evaluates market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging practices for design.
• Supports multi-year roadmaps for benefits strategy including wellbeing and retirement.
• Leads a global benefits team across multiple countries.
• Oversees US, Canada, and India programs ensuring local compliance.
• Ensures country-specific programs meet laws and regulations.
• Oversees plan documentation, filings, notices, audits, and reporting.
• Governs charitable giving programs and policy updates.
• Reviews plans and procedures for compliance with policies.
• Tracks complaints and identifies trends to improve programs.
• Develops communication strategies for new-hire materials and enrollment.
• Negotiates services and costs with external providers.
• Advises on eligibility, plans, and claims procedures.
• Leads implementation of global programs and measures outcomes.
• Analyzes utilization, feedback, and cost trends to improve programs.
