RemotePass is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage the lifecycle of employee benefits across a global EOR workforce. You will own renewals, scope new plans, and oversee enrolment, working closely with Brokers, Insurers, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant, well-priced benefits across markets.

The role emphasizes health insurance as a core component, with collaboration across brokers, local partners, and clients to standardise processes and scale operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employee benefits, benefits administration, insurance, or HR operations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance and related benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own benefits renewals across the global calendar; review terms, pricing, and coverage.
• Scope and launch new plans based on local market requirements.
• Oversee enrolments, changes, terminations; coordinate with Payroll, Finance and Legal.
