Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Benefits to architect and hands-on operate global health, wellness, and retirement strategy. It's a player-coach role reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, delivering a global roadmap and day-to-day administration with a lean team.

You will lead regional managers, drive vendor negotiations, ensure compliance, and present insights to senior leadership and the Benefits Committee.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Global Total Rewards or Benefits, with multi-country scope.
• Experience designing and governing global health, wellness and retirement programs.
• Proven leadership in a public technology company or large SaaS organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate the global benefits strategy end-to-end.
• Lead and develop a lean Benefits team across regions.
• Oversee budgets, vendor negotiations, and plan administration.
• Present financial and benefit models to executives and Benefits Committee.
