Job summary

Envestnet is seeking a senior Benefits leader to guide the global benefits program architecture and execution. You will oversee policy development, governance, and compliance across the U.S., Canada, and India while partnering with People & Culture, Legal, Finance, and Payroll.

This role requires building multi-year roadmaps, harmonizing plans, managing vendors, and delivering cost effective programs that attract and retain talent.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, administering, and enhancing benefits programs across multiple countries.
• Ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive compliant outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of benefits governance, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Analytical mindset with use of data to inform program improvements.
• Experience managing brokers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives for benefits, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and timely delivery.
• Oversees benefit program operations and enhancements.
• Partners with leadership to execute on organizational priorities.
• Evaluates market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging practices to inform design and implementation.
• Supports multi-year roadmaps for benefits strategy across wellbeing, health, retirement and statutory offerings.
• Leads, coaches, and develops a global benefits team across multiple countries.
• Oversees programs in the U.S., Canada, and India ensuring global standards with local compliance.
