Vercel is seeking a Global Benefits Lead to own the strategy, design, and execution of our global benefits programs. You’ll scale health, retirement, leave, stipends, and wellness across 30+ countries, including exploring a self-insured model in the U.S. This high-impact IC role partners with People, Finance, Legal, and Payroll teams.

Located in San Francisco or New York City, with in-office anchor days if within commuting distance. Fully remote option if beyond that distance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading global benefits programs.
• Ability to evaluate and implement self-insured health plans in the U.S.
• Experience partnering with Employer of Record providers and managing vendors.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead Vercel's global benefits philosophy and strategy across health, retirement, leave, time off, stipends, and wellness.
• Model, design, and implement a U.S. self-insured health plan with risk assessment and vendor selection.
• Coordinate with EOR providers to maintain a consistent global benefits philosophy and local compliance.
• Lead open enrollment cycles end-to-end with vendor coordination, system readiness, and communications.
• Manage the global benefits budget with forecasting, cost analysis, and scenario modeling.
