Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Director of Global Benefits to architect our health, wellness, and retirement programs worldwide, reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards.

You will design the global benefits roadmap, partner with regional HR and executives, lead a small team, manage the benefits budget, and drive modernization of our Workday and wellness offerings to meet a diverse global workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Total Rewards/Benefits with 5+ years in people management in a global public company (SaaS preferred).
• Experience influencing without authority and partnering with Finance, Legal, and regional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of global benefit regulations and enterprise HCM systems (Workday).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a multi-year global benefits roadmap.
• Partner with regional HR leaders and executives with data-driven insights on trends and costs.
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for benefits (current members include a benefits manager and analyst).
• Direct the global benefits budget and negotiate with brokers/carriers to optimize spend-to-value.
• Drive modernization of the benefits tech stack (Workday) and wellness offerings.
