HackerOne seeks a Global Benefits Senior Manager to lead strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of our global benefits programs while ensuring an exceptional employee experience across regions.

This remote role focuses on automation, compliance with ERISA/ACA, and scalable benefits for a growing global workforce. The position requires collaboration with Legal, Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to deliver competitive, cost-effective programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years administering global benefits in a fast-paced org.
• Experience across multiple countries and with international brokers.
• In-depth knowledge of US benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA).
• Experience leading employee leave programs (disability, parental, statutory).
• Experience managing vendor relationships, renewals, performance, and negotiations.
• Strong analytics using benefits data to drive improvements.
• Cross-functional partnership with Payroll, Finance, HRIS, Legal, and People teams.
• Experience administering Workday Benefits and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, administration, communication, and continuous improvement of Global benefits across all regions.
• Identify opportunities to automate benefits administration and leverage AI-enabled tools.
• Guide benefits programs through growth, regulatory changes, acquisitions, and expansion.
• Analyze utilization, feedback, benchmarking, and cost trends to improve program design.
• Lead renewals, enrollment, wellness initiatives, and vendor governance.
• Own global leaves of absence including disability and parental leave.
• Coordinate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and People Operations for compliance and configuration in Workday.
• Apply First Principles Problem Solving to simplify processes and scale solutions.
