Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation and guest-focused approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and common hotel software.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous front desk or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently with a friendly attitude.
• Process reservations and be familiar with cancellation procedures.
• Balance cash and transactions per company policy at shift end.
• Maintain front desk area and monitor safety and cleanliness.
