Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests when possible.
• Handle guest check-ins and checkouts in a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balance at end of shift.
• Process reservations and cancellations; use PMS to post charges.
• Provide information on hotel services, local dining, shopping and directions.
