Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and provide room assignments, accommodating special requests when possible.
• Take reservations and process pre-registration and blocking of registrations.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts efficiently and professionally.
• Balance cash, checks, and other payments at end of shift using standard procedures.
• Maintain a neat Front Desk area and communicate guest needs to housekeeping and other teams.
• Provide information about hotel services, directions, and local recommendations.
• Accurately post charges to guest accounts and process payments.
