Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professionals. You will schedule appointments and ensure every client’s needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually, while maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

This role emphasizes friendly client interactions, multitasking across tasks, and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service during peak tax season.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
