H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions, and keep the office tidy and organized.

Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced customer service, strong multitasking and time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
