Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Fraud Operations Manager to oversee multiple Fraud Operations teams, driving strategy, operational excellence and scalable efficiency. You will lead and develop managers and ICs, while building a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on productivity and accuracy.

You will implement data-driven improvements, manage queue health, and partner with recruiting to secure top talent, within Affirm’s remote-first framework.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in disputes, fraud risk prevention and detection in FinTech/tech.
• 5+ years in fraud management or related people management roles.
• Track record of delivering large-scale operational change with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a group of people leaders and ICs across multiple teams.
• Define and champion an operational strategy and roadmap for improved efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure service levels and productivity, manage queue health with data-driven plans.
• Translate business goals into team objectives and align cross-functional partners.
