As Fraud Operations Manager you will lead multiple teams, define strategy, and drive scalable efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and risk management.

You will develop people leaders and ICs, monitor metrics, and foster a culture of belonging and continuous improvement in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of disputes, fraud risk prevention and detection in FinTech/tech.
• 5+ years in fraud management or people leadership roles.
• Proven strategy setting and large-scale operational change with measurable impact.
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience leading teams through major change and ambiguity.
• Experience with AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency or knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a group of people leaders and ICs across multiple teams.
• Define and champion an operational strategy to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure accountability for service levels and productivity with data-driven plans.
