Qualifications

• 6+ years of disputes, fraud risk prevention and detection in FinTech/tech.
• 5+ years in fraud management or related people management roles.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver large-scale operational change.
• Experience leading teams through change and navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a group of people leaders and ICs across multiple teams, providing feedback and career development.
• Drive performance using metrics like productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Foster a high-performing, engaged team environment in a fast-paced setting.
• Partner with recruiting to hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
• Define an operational strategy and roadmap to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure accountability for service levels and productivity with data-driven burn down plans.
