Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct experience in disputes, fraud risk prevention and detection within FinTech/tech industry.
• 5+ years of experience in fraud management or related people management roles.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver large-scale operational change with measurable impact.
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams through major change and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a group of people leaders and ICs across multiple teams.
• Define and champion a clear operational strategy and roadmap to improve function and compliance.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and proactive issue mitigation with partners.
• Ensure accountability for service levels, productivity, and incident resolution.
