Affirm is seeking a Fraud Operations Manager to lead multiple Fraud Operations teams, shaping strategy and driving scalable efficiency. You will develop leaders and ICs, foster a high-performance, inclusive culture, and ensure productivity and accuracy across disputes and compliance work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in disputes and fraud risk in FinTech/tech.
• 5+ years in fraud management or people leadership.
• Proven ability to set strategy and drive large-scale operational change.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with AI initiatives and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a group of leaders and ICs across multiple teams.
• Define operational strategy and roadmap to improve function, efficiency, quality and compliance.
• Improve investigator workflows and drive cross-functional alignment to enable incident resolution.
