Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to build our outbound sales engine as we enter growth. You will work directly with the founders to identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America, helping them discover how Pragmatike accelerates hiring.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, offering high ownership and the chance to shape our outbound function from day one in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound sales, B2B, or SDR roles.
• Experience selling SaaS or recruitment/staffing solutions is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a consultative approach.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build the outbound sales engine from zero to one: define strategy, messaging, workflows, and a playbook.
• Engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America.
• Own prospecting channels like LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach to generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with founders to shape go-to-market strategy and execution.
