Pragmatike is a startup-focused talent solutions partner helping early-stage teams win the talent war. We are launching our outbound sales function and seeking a Founding SDR to own initial customer acquisition, messaging, and playbooks.

You will work directly with the founders to reach startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America, building processes and a scalable cadence from the ground up. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and high ownership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build the outbound sales engine from zero to one.
• Identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leads.
• Own prospecting workflow, messaging, and cadence.
