Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to build our outbound engine from zero to one. You will identify startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America, creating opportunities from scratch.

Work directly with the founders, own your pipeline, and shape our go-to-market strategy. This fully remote role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong English communication, and a passion for startups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales, business development, or SDR roles in B2B services or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Define and build Pragmatike's outbound sales engine from zero to one.
• Define messaging, prospecting workflows, and sales playbook.
• Engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America.
• Own your pipeline with a consultative, results-driven approach.
• Collaborate directly with founders and influence go-to-market strategy.
• Work remotely with minimal supervision and high ownership.
