Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to help build our outbound sales engine as we enter our next growth phase. You will identify startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America, creating opportunities from scratch and shaping how we win new business.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR roles.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Experience selling B2B services or SaaS is a plus.

• Define outbound strategy, messaging, prospecting workflows, and sales playbook.
