Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking an SDR to build our outbound sales engine as we enter a growth phase. You will work directly with the founders to reach startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America, helping them discover Pragmatike’s value in accelerating their hiring.

You’ll own prospecting, messaging, and qualification from scratch with remote flexibility and meaningful ownership from day one, shaping Pragmatike’s outbound function and driving client wins.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR roles.
• Proven ability to generate new opportunities through LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a consultative approach.
• Thrives in startup environments with speed, ownership, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Build Pragmatike's outbound sales engine from zero to one.
• Identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America.
• Define messaging, prospecting workflows, and sales playbooks.
• Own pipeline management and outreach optimization from day one.
