Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Review and track service requests; identify recurring issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per policy and maintain safety.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related areas.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely, quality completion.
