Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance at assigned properties, ensure safety, and uphold Avenue5 standards. You’ll supervise repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) while maintaining budgets and service levels, and mentor the team.

Requires at least three years in property management or related field, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Respond to service requests and manage unit make-ready standards.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades.
• Maintain property safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion to resident satisfaction.
• Mentor maintenance team and manage on-call coverage as needed.
• Manage property emergencies and assist with budget adherence.
