Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure properties comply with company policies and regulations across the Mid-Atlantic region.

The role requires coordinating a team, responding to service requests, performing repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry), managing safety, and maintaining budgets while delivering excellent resident service. Travel between properties may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry is required.
• CFC / EPA / HVAC Certification preferred.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and regulations.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, lighting, and safety systems.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Lead on-call rotation and emergency response in coordination with property manager.
