Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance at multiple properties in the Mid-Atlantic. The role includes ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and local regulations while managing service requests and a team of maintenance staff.

The candidate will perform diverse repairs, monitor budgets, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure resident satisfaction and property readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle safety requirements on-site.
• Must comply with safety rules and pass company training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and service requests for assigned properties.
• Review progress, identify chronic issues, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general maintenance as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and curb appeal; enforce company policies and standards.
• Mentor maintenance staff and coordinate with property management on budgets and risk management.
• Walk properties weekly with leadership to address challenges and opportunities.
