Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations at the assigned property.

The role involves supervising a maintenance team, handling service requests, and maintaining safety and quality across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks. A proactive mentor will guide the team and manage costs within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and regulations.
• Lead maintenance team to complete service requests and meet unit make-ready standards.
• Review progress of service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and related systems.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion to residents' satisfaction.
• Monitor safety, risk management, and compliance with company policies.
