Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in the Mid-Atlantic region seeks a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations at assigned properties. You will ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local regulations, while contributing to property budgets and risk management.

Responsibilities include supervising service requests, coordinating with the maintenance team, and maintaining safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. On-call duties and leadership mentoring are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry is required.
• CFC / EPA / HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure service requests are completed.
• Review progress of service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges and operations.
• Maintain safety and risk management per regulations.
