Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance across assigned properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. You’ll supervise a maintenance team, handle service requests, and ensure safety, quality, and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventative maintenance, managing work orders, and mentoring staff while maintaining strong resident relations and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry is required.
• CFC / EPA / HVAC Certification preferred.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure upkeep of assigned properties.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly and maintain professional demeanor.
